Fantastic Service

On 9th of September with an urgent deadline I asked Qline if they could get me a copy of my son's unabridged birth certificate by the 25th September. I got a reply the same day to say that they could do it in 10 working days - and the certificate is ready to be collected from their offices today 12th September. It took just 3 days.
