Exceptional service!!

<p>Had an EXTREMELY unfortunate situation whereby my hubby booked our flights to turkey using my married name but my passport still had my ****en name. Old school solution was to take copy of marriage certificate BUT Hank goodness we phoned airline to check and they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT accept any supporting docs. If the names don't match you don't board. QLine was able to assist me and I received my new passport within 4 days and I was happily boarding my flight 2 days after that!!!! I haven't got enough words of praise. The service was execptional besides the time frame. Friendly staff and the driver was also a great companion in and out of home affairs.
