Excellent Service

<p>Delt with Yvonne. Got my Unabridged Birth Certificate within 3 weeks as promised. I was astonished.</p> <p>Because all through the process I was weary, I did not actually 'know' if it was a '****' company, because eventhough Yvonne was very punctual, and responded quickly, she felt a bit cold and distant. So never knew if the documents would actually come. But, it came. I'm in Dubai and app**** through the Dubai SA Consulate, and have been waiting for more than a year!!! Yes more than a year for the document. </p> <p>So All in all it was a pleasure to deal with Q-Line, they delivered what they promised and I am truely greatful.</p>
