DO NOT USE QLINE. terrible service. Zero delivery
I need to renew my SA passport and found Qline online. They looked professional. I paid my R1200 in order for their service which was to expedite queuing at home affairs. I followed the driver to home affairs and was greeted by their representative with a terrible attitude. My ticket was called after half an hour and I then took verbal abuse from everyone else waiting and was told my ticket was cancelled and I must go to the back of the queue. The customer was taken to HA on the 22 July 2015, subsequently she
indicated that she did not want to proceed with her application even
though some administration work had been done The customer requested a
refund which was executed in the following manner; R800 was paid
immediately on the 22 July 2015 in cash and the balance of R400 was paid
via EFT on the 23 July 2015 as the customer had to supply us with the
correct banking details.
The customer was taken to HA on the 22 July 2015, subsequently she
indicated that she did not want to proceed with her application even
though some administration work had been done The customer requested a
refund which was executed in the following manner; R800 was paid
immediately on the 22 July 2015 in cash and the balance of R400 was paid
