Qiktruck result to looses for the transporter
Qik truck encourages transporters to pay a boost "weekly fee" of R 200, which allow transporter to contact clients direct. Following the payment, clients dont pick up calls or respond to texts. They also do last minute cancelations once transporter has accepted a load, which result to looses for the transporter.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: boost on QikTruck is optional, and it is not a weekly fee. It is an extra tool for transporters who choose to use it. Customer cancellations after a load is accepted are hard on drivers, and we take that seriously. We keep looking at how those situations are managed so expectations are clearer on both sides.
