Bad tenant service
Beginning of the year I was approached by someone working here as a technician he said THEY are selling electricity mainly for this building at a lower rate. Most of us here did buy from him I was then called in begging of June they questioned me asking how have I been buying electricity which I already knew why they called me since they had let that guy go due to this (allegedly he committed *****)- selling tokens to us without their consent I did tell them as to where and how I began to purchase electricity from their employee that came to me as someone that’s doing this for the building Every was okay they came to my apartment and wiped my box which was fine I noticed today that my light are off I contacted the portfolio management which he said he switched off the light himself since we have not told him the truth I told him that what I know I had told him He said up until I tell the whole truth I need to know that the lights won’t be turned on I’ve been sitting in the dark for hrs now I have to prepare for work I can’t do anything I need your assistance with regards to this I don’t know now how am I being part of this after I’ve told them what I know Switching off my light THATS TOO LOW they’re failing to do investigations on their side They’re now involving some of us that were buying electricity from their technician Kindly assist Email: *** (companies email address)
