<p>On 22 Decenber 2016 , I paid R3500.00 to the acount of Mr Mathebula , the owner of QH Tours and Projects . This company offers services ranging from Registration and licencing , police clearance ,VIN updates, roadworthy certificates , duplicates , export police clearance etc . I needed them to obatain duplicate for a Mazda 5 . I was romised that I would get the documents the following day . This date was changed and I was advised that it will take three (3 ) working days . Needless to say , they were unable to deliver and I requested that they refund my money and they refused claiming that due to the festive season , the service is affected . I received the document on the first week of January , however when I went to the traffic department , I was advided that the document is invalid . Again I spoke to the owner and he promised that the matter will be looked into and that they will revert . I again insisted that they must refund me . For me it is really a simple matter , in a case where there is non delivery , the client must be refunded !! They have since stoped picking up my calls !! I have never seen such unproffessionalism in my entire life . I am still without the documents and R3500.00 poorer !!</p>
