Beware of Qfinsoft, Ansys and ITCA

Qfinsoft as the partner for Ansys FEA software colluded with ITCA (with power of attorney) and Ansys EMEA to try and coerce NEDA into buying Ansys FEA software on the pretext that NEDA had used a cracked version of Ansys software whereas NEDA has a perpetual license. Ansys / Qfinsoft bumped up their quote by almost R1 million when compared to a quote they gave NEDA 4 months prior and using the same USD / ZAR exchange rate. When asked to provide proof of a transgression Ansys / ITCA could not and Qfinsoft tried to distance themselves from the process with the excuse that they only provided the quote on instruction from Ansys / ITCA and only on approval by Ansys EMEA. NEDA handed the matter over to attorneys and Ansys / ITCA have gone quiet as have Qfinsoft. It appears that Qfinsoft SA often receive business from ITCA who con engineering businesses into believing they have transgressed copyright laws. How many South African companies have been coerced and conned by these companies?
