Poor delivery service of essential medication
Arranged to have cancer medication shipped to home address. Order was delayed due to initial stock shortage. They then arranged to have it delivered on the Friday. They never arrived and did not inform us of any delays. I had to follow up a few times on the Monday before I was assured they would deliver. However, our travel plans had to be changed because they never delivered the medication as promised.
