Pathetic service from MFC and QDS
QDS is by far the worst courier company out there. i am still awaiting delivery for a package that was meant to be delivered on Friday. Even after calling Quality Dimension Services and explaining that i require the package urgently, the package still has been delivered. Tried calling the QDS and the MFC department refuses to take the call and just hangs up and the delivery driver is also not taking the call. MFC offers you no assistance in the matter either. They only care that the loan has been settled and they have their money. I don't understand how MFC uses such useless courier company. By using companies like this you are placing you customers under a lot of stress for some they have paid you for years to own. Please sort this out.

Poor delivery Service and False Information
Today, I phoned the courier company for clarity. My call was transferred to the driver, who claimed he does not have my parcel, which directly contradicts the repeated delivery notifications I received. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. I have wasted several days waiting for a delivery that keeps getting delayed without explanation. There is also no proactive communication from MFC to update me on the true status of my parcel. I am requesting the following: 1. A clear explanation of where my parcel currently is. 2. An accurate delivery date and time. 3. Accountability for the incorrect information and inconvenience caused. This level of service is highly unprofessional, and I am posting this complaint in the hope that it will be resolved urgently.
