BAD SERVICE/BAD AIRCON MACHINES

Our Company recently moved to new premises and we requested Qcool to assist with bran new air conditioning for about 15 - 17 Air con machines. The day they had to install the Air con Machines they never rocked up (and this is goes back to the 1st week of September) Since the first week of September the brand New Aircon Machines were faulty, it was not blowing cold at all, the workers left there mess in our roof and it cause damage to our ceilings with leaking taking place.

We have been waiting more than a week for someone to call us to let us know what is happening we are sitting in the blazing heat with no air con working, we called the offices more than once and all we get is "Some will call you back". They have asked us to pay as they needed there staff to be paid, we did that and ever since payment was made you did not see Qcool again!!!!!! I called the offices last week and yesterday and apparently someone was going to call me back! no one has bothered to come out or even call us to apologize for the delay or even reimburse us for there MESS they made! PLEASE DO NOT USE QCOOL!!!!!!
