Unworthy car

In 2017, I purchased a car from qcars dealership. To my knowledge I was purchasing a Kia Rio 1.4 tec 5dr, and two years down the line I tried selling it, so I called webuycars and they came to examine the car but I was told that it is not actually Kia Rio 1.4 tec but just a 1.2 and they also mentioned that it seems like the car was resprayed the whole body excluding the boot door which qcars only mentioned respraying the bumper and door. The inspection mentioned it might have been resprayed due to have been involved in an accident or hailstorm and for it to be fixed ( panel beated) especially on the passengers side.

After the inspection, unfortunately I could not sell the car which will be a problem as no other dealer will buy this car from me because of all of the above mentioned. And I have never received a spare key as well. Webuycars adviced that I go back to my bank.

I indeed feel taken advantage of because I bought a car worth the price of a Kia Rio 1.4 Tec 5dr which Is not the car. Please investigate as it does not have the specs of a 1.4 tec. I do believe Mfc would not finance a car that has so many disadvantages .

Please help in resolving this matter.
