Terrible Treatment by QCars to me on my Toyota Fortuner - with 12month warranty

on 17 September 2021I bout a Gold Toyota Fortuner 4x4D, 2013 model from QCars, second hand with 12 months guarantee on Mechanical Failure. On the 24 September 2021 while driving from Mpumalanga to KZN , I had an engine failure 1h30minites from my destination. They requested for a failure report and quotation from the car repairer in Vryheid where the care was towed to. This was given to them on the 15th of October 2021. Still today , I have not get a way forward on what is going on, despite more that 10 calls made to them for the last 4 weeks. There is no even a constant feedback. The ladies at the front desk refuse to give me their line manager number. My wife ,kids and I are very depressed about this terrible treatment. I am even seeing my GP every week one due non stop headache I am suffering from dur to this. Please support
