Disappointing service

I bought a car from them that came with mechanic warranty. First had an issue with the aircorn which took them them the whole to make payment, while I waited the whole day at the place where it was being fixed.

Again now I have been waiting 2 days full without my car. The guy helping me is currently waiting for them to authorize him to fix the problem. This is very frustrating, as I had to cancel my plans for the weekend.
