Car purchased and not delivered

I entered into contract to buy a car from Q Cars. 3 days after the car was delivered I reported to them that the: cruise control not working, right hand side mirror not adjusting, tyre pressure sensors not working and even worse the car was filthy on delivery. The sales rep came to collect the car on day 7. He refuses to tell me where my car is, repairs completed and what is outstanding. It's been 2 weeks, and I still don't have a full report of the progress nor can Q Cars tell me when my car is ready. This has been the worst dealer I've worked with. I have called them countless times to get info of my car from them and I've been told that WHEN the car is ready they will let me know. Lack of commitment from them and utter disregard. Bad service all around so far.
