Above and Beyond

<p>I purchsed a vehicle from Q Cars that gave me some problems a few weeks after I bought the car. I broke down on the way to work in the morning. I was stranded and very angry. I called the sales consultant that helped me at Q cars when I bought the car, expecting the usual run around I have experienced from dealers in the past, but he immediately arranged for a mechanic to help me. He and the mechanic picked me up where I had broken down and dropped me off at work, they then went back to fetch the car. The problem turned out to be an electrical issue, which required a part to be ordered. The staff at Q-Cars came and dropped off a courtesy car at my office, because the part they ordered would take about a week and I could not afford to be without a car. A week later, once the part had arrived, they brought my car back to me, at my office, and left with the courtesy car they had given me. Since then my car has been perfect. </p> <p> </p> <p>They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not stranded, and turned a negative incident into a very positive experience! I felt they they really cared about me, and were prepared to go the extra mile to help me. </p>
