QC Shutters ****

Please be aware of this company. I've been ****med to the tune of R64k by them. Deposits paid for shutter installation which never happened. Every excuse in the book is thrown at you - "moving factory from CPT to PTA, loadshedding, manager was fired due to incompetance" - the list goes on. I have tried tried to engage politely for well over 6 months with this company & my requests are sporadically answered with false promises & at times even ignored. Phone calls are declined with standard response messages that they will call back. For months now I've been requesting the refund of my money - when engaging with Angelique, on several occasions she has promised a refund within 14 days ..... ??? Please be aware that the positive reviews posted on this platform are by the employees themselves and clearly this company has no intention of providing the services that the claim to offer. By accepting monies for a service not provided is ***** - need I say more!!!
