Over charged R4695,00 to access key locked in my boot)

Locked my car keys in my boot and the gentleman that was sent by locksmith on the call out to come assist me took 2hrs trying to gain access or break into my BMW 320i 2010 model. He was clueless in what he was doing and was trying all kinds of tricks, calling for guidance from his colleagues. After 2hrs he eventually got hold of someone who knows the BMW. He opened the boot in 10min max. Now he changed me R3200,00 for 2 hours of his time and labour and adds R1200 for recalibration of key= total cost of R4695,00 witch he spent trying every trick that failed bcs he didn’t know what he was doing trying every trick that failed. So now he makes me pay for his incompetence.
