You Will NOT Get Your Money Refunded

I would just like to warn people while flying with Qatar during this covid-19 period. I had recently booked a flight with them that was cancelled. No problem with the cancellation as they let me know well in advance so I had time to make alternate arrangements. However, they have now taken over 31 days to return my funds and not a single employee is willing to help me. I have sent multiple emails and submitted many requests but to no avail. Seems Qatar is holding onto their customers money to see if you would even realize weather your funds were returned or not.
