Xenophobic treatment

I missed my flight today to milan because one so called manager by the name of Thabang refused me to check in because he wanted me to show my bank statement which i refused because there's no such Since when a airline will ask for someone's bank statement but this was not in the contract when i was buying my ticket, how and why airline requesting a bank statement, those are the personal and confidential things And Thabang used xenophobic words toward me saying that a foreigner cannot travel People please hear me out never use Quatar anymore .
