Would like some form of feedback

Ive had the worst experience trying to get feedback on why our flight was cancelled by 24hr. you log a call and no one responds to your query, you try and call and no one can assist they just direct you to the website. The worst airline i have had to deal with Calls logged on the 12th, CAS-205947-M9V4Q3 & 21st CAS-220552-K7J5D5 May to date NO PRESPONSE
