worst airline, Qatar airways

Booked a fight through travel start on Qatar airways, a few months in advance, just over a week before fight they change our fights which leaves me in doha for 14 hours, booking on the net their area no terms and conditions before the e ticket is sent, but once you pay and the air ticket arrives , there are loads of terms and conditions, including a no refund policy, they must be the worst airline. why do you not get the terms and conditions before hand. Obviously they think they the higher power
