WILL NEVER USE QATAR AIRLINES AGAIN

My ticket to the US was booked thru my travel agent using Qatar Airlines. Little did I know that I almost didn't get on the flight because of your rude assistant that I dealt with at the counter when checking in. She wanted my street address for my daughters residence in California. Explaining to her that I didn't have it and trying to get hold of my daughter was difficult due to the time difference. Not once did she try to help me or suggest any alternates. She was just rude and arrogant! I usually fly Emirates n have never had any issues with them. The woman that I dealt with needs an attitude adjustment and must be dealt with! The US Embassy issued my visa, so who is she to tell me she can't give me my boarding pass.she could have been helpful and polite. Never have I dealt with such *********** and unprofessional people. Is she aware that Qatar Airlines have been dragged through the media with a lot of negativity and many people now do not use the airline. So u would think Qatar would go the extra mile to help their passengers! My family bared witness along with the other passengers to her attitude n unwillingness to help me. This is the 1st and last time that I will give business to Qatar Airlines. I travel abroad every year. U have lost any potential business from me and my family! To the woman I dealt with, if ur so unhappy doing what you do, then u should reconsider your profession! You are rude,*********** and absolutely pathetic! You are a liability to the airline and your attitude is going to cost your brand business!
