What a shameful pathetic lot

Generally not bad but what a pathetic circus when they had to re issue boarding passes for multiple cancelled flights. Total mayhem, no proper queues, just pushing and shoving. We stood in the 'queue' for 17 hours without reasonable outcome. Then some buffoon makes announcements that everything is fine and they apologise for the inconvenience. What a pathetic lot. I used them exclusively for the past 20 years but after this miserable failure they will never have my business again. Al Baker can be ashamed of himself and his pathetic ground crew, and useless police just looking on how women are being pushed by a mob.
