VERY RUDE ELLEN CIDRAS, Qatar Johannesburg Checkin

At the Johannesburg Airport checkin, there is a VERY rude lady by the name of ELLEN CIDRAAS, who even wished that I would miss my flight(said with her own mouth). She argued with me about documents needed, and when I asked the name of documents, she became angry and said I am argumentative while she is trying to assist. She later called me a **** because of something she said and later denied. It was a mess , n front of my kids , who got traumatised as I was told I was about to miss the flight. She treated me like thrash, right from when I opened my mouth. Her attitude and customer service stink, to say the least!
