Very bad service

They are there worse airlines when it comes to customer service how can you be a 5 star rating company when you leave a sick lady with cancer to sit at the airport for 12 hours on a stop over you make her miss the flight then only after 12 hours you take her to a hotel. They are bad and never come back to you even my complaint i emailed to them nothing totally disgusting 😤
