Upgrade seats the same as regular seats

I upgraded seats and paid a chunk extra to have better seats. My colleagues just waited till the last minute and took whatever seats were available and we either had the same seats and on two occasions their seats were even BETTER than mine. What a complete waste of my money.

I’m very disappointed. It was my first time traveling with Qatar and I feel like they just ****med me.
