Unhappy Customer

I have been traveling with Qatar airlines for years , but today marks my last day , the attitude of the staff towards Africans/black ppl especially by check in counters is ridiculous and even with my other colleagues traveling with we experienced the same treatment, but today the lady we assisted me Gillian V Norolela in counter 39 was so rude for no particular reason, from the moment I greeted her no response and busy chatting with her colleagues a security guard and another lady , tried to get her name but her name tag was upside down , My message to her “Find peace young lady , the world is not a bad place , if you walk it with dignity “ and i would like a formal apology from her , I should be calling my family now I’m about to embark on a long Journey but I’m so irritated
