travel no room at hotel baggage damaged

Trip from Manchester uk to Doha was late in landing due to bad weather.<br> I had to wait in various queues for hours upon hours.Told there was no hotel/room to stay over night in.<br> Had to sleep in airport spending 20 hours there .<br> i got the connection the next day to Johannesburg. i got my baggage from carousel finding it ripped with supporting straps missing.<br> Reported it to Qater airways.<br> Given form to hand in at appropriate department which i did.<br> Two days later someone came to collect baggage for repair.<br> Still waiting for it to be returned 09/04/15
