The worst airline in the world

Made a booking & paid for a ticket on the official Qatar Airlines website and received the tickets by email on 7 December 2022. Received an email from them shortly thereafter that the tickets were cancelled & that they would refund the money. I had to book & pay for new tickets. Money for the first booking still went off my credit card on 9 December. It has been nearly a month & they have still not refunded my money!! Have not even rep**** to my emails!
