the day i missed my flight due to qatar airways not been helpfull at all

<p>I was kept back at immigration at johannesburg airport due to me not having my childs birth certificate. Qatar air foned me and i explained to them to give me about 5min i am trying to get through immigration and the reason aswell. I finaly got the birth certificate and it was literally 5min i ran throught the gates to find the flight has left me and my family. &nbsp;I fly etihad normaly i thought i would try qatar and this was just terrible from them.. never again. I had to book tickets at my cost to get me to my destination.</p>
