TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - REFUND STILL NOT RECEIVED

The customer service we have experienced with Qatar Airways has been **********.

We made a booking 2 months ago and subsequently had to get a refund for one of the tickets. The amount due for refund has still not been confirmed or paid back to us after several follow ups with various agents. Promises of the money being paid back has been made but we can get no answers as to when we will be receiving this.

Im now at the point of wondering whether Qatar airlines have any intention of paying the money back to me or not?
