Still waiting for refund

<p>Purchased a ticket from Johannesburg to Seoul and then decided we want to cancel the ticket. I contacted their offices and they assured me that i would get a refund. Ive waited more than a month now and gotten the run around from both their Johannesburg and Seoul call centres and offices directly. My emails get rep**** and i get assured ill be refunded if i fill in the forms. Ive filled in 3 sets now... This is really dissapointing. </p>
