STILL WAITING FOR MY VOUCHER

In February we booked tickets to travel at the end of May from Salalah to Johannesburg, then came COVID and all flights were grounded. In April Qatar airways canceled our tickets and gave us an option of refund or vouchers. We chose the vouchers. After 3 weeks from that my husband received his voucher as promised. I sent them several emails snd FB messages with all the detail they needed to issue the voucher. It is now the first week of July and I am still waiting for my voucher. Nobody at Qatar airways Evan answers my messages anymore. I don't know what to do get a response from them.
