Shocking service from Qatar Airlines.

Qatar Airways is simply ********* and will take every opportunity to ****** money from you. My Non-profit organisation booked a return ticket for a Buddhist monk to travel from Delhi to Cape Town and return, leaving from Durban back to Delhi about 3 weeks later. He missed his connecting flight to Cape Town due to delays in passport control and baggage handling. He was offered a later flight at a cost of over R4000. He did not have the money. Qatar subsequently CANCELLED his return flights to Delhi. We have been forced to pay an extra R4600 to reinstate these flights, which we had ALREADY paid for? How is that even legal? Moral of the Story. Don't fly with Qatar. They will fleece you if they can!
