Rude and *********** staff

I flew on 27 December from O.R Tambo International Airport to Abu Dhabi. The staff were extremely *********** and the manager was rude beyond measure.

They split me from my wife and infant despite me pre-booking my seat and called me a ****. When I disputed this, the manager said that they can give me any seat they want and instructed the staff to remove my bags from the flight without my permission.

I have proof that I pre booked my seats and can email it to the relevant email address.
