<p>Good day. I have booked a ticket online and it said to varify the payment using an OTP. I called the johannesburg qatar airways branch and spoke to a lady by the name of Aysha Williams , this women at 1st was polite then as i started asking her how to go about varifying my payment she refused to answer like i had to ask her a few times as i could hear opver the phone she was typing out and doing her own thing, when i asked her questions again she was sounding abit annoyed so i asked her what the problem is and if i could get her name and surname then her whole attitude changed and wanted to be very helpful. very unprofessional of her and Qatar Airways, next time ill go with Ethihad or emirates the people there are always willing to help and are so friendly . </p>
