Ripoff and *********

#qatarairways please explain how I pay R20 000 for a ticket and receive confirmation. But when my daughter want to fly you tell us you did not issue the ticket as you have not received payment. When I send you proof of payment you acknowledge your mistake and ask me to pay an additional R11 000 for a flight the next day. So I have to pay for your mistake? And now I need to pay for the hotel cancellations, PCR Tests etc. Thank you but will not use you ever again.
