REFUND DELAY

We booked our flights to Thailand at the beginning of Feb. Made changes which we had to pay R3470 for on top of the original R9666. Had to cancel due to quarantine in Bangkok and requested a refund. Been waiting for more than 9 weeks and no feedback. The tickets were originally through Travelstart. They are not receiving any feedback from Qatar regarding the refund. They are very quick to take money from you but when it comes to refunding it takes ages. NO Covid19 IS NOT AN EXCUSE!!!! We would like feedback ASAP!! Flight reference is L2KLHT.
