****** and Poor Service

Poor service from the Qatar team they turned us away from boarding the plane because we arrived at the gate at 06.14 the time stamp on the last photo taken while saying goodbye to my wife and daughter shows 06.14 the manager refused to let them board because he says we were not there while saying our goodbyes the family who walked passed us was allowed to board, The manage was very ****** towards us saying to me he does not do favors for people like me (of my ethnicity) We were sent from pillar to post while looking at the flight on the info board at OR Tambo it did not state closed at all now we have to rebook which is at an additional cost,
