Racially Profiled?

On the 25th of July at OR Tambo, I was turned back by an employee of Qatar airways and no solid reason has been given to me therefore Flight Centre haven't refunded my complete airfare and I haven't been able to claim my money for travel insurance, activities and accommodation.

I booked accommodation, activities and I had travel insurance & airplane tickets but I was told that I can not board the airline by a lady employee of Qatar airways. She asked for proof if I had enough funds and I got her my 3 months bank statement. I had more than enough (more than R50 000.00). After waiting for more than 2 hours, I was told that the Irish embassy refused me entry. I have since requested from them (Qatar airways) solid proof as to why I was turned back but to no avail. I even explained to them that I do not have a problem with the profiling (although I think I was racially profiled) I just need the communication from the Irish embassy (proof) so that I can be able to claim all my monies back.
