Wow #Qatar airlines. You suck! My brother booked a business class leg from Doha to San Francisco which he had to cancel because our mother passed away on the day he was meant to fly home. You showed no empathy and made him rebook by charging him extra for the change and downgraded him to an economy class ticket. Disgusting! Whoever knows us, please share far and wide the total greed of this airline. I’m shocked and will NEVER fly Qatar. #qatarairways #qatarnoempathy #qatardisgusting
