Qatar what a let down from Worlds Best!!!

Guys and Girls..... if you want to be the best and make yourselves out to be the best..... you have to put your money where your mouth is!!! OK my gripe with Qatar has reached its final straw:You pay for business class because you want and exceptional comfortable flight....flight changed from Q suites to ancient old business class seats!There is no comparison at all!! No cheese board for me on my flight from Capetown to Doha.... if this was an isolated event I would not have thought about it again. BUT..... we have now been on 5 Qatar flights in the last 2 months..... No Crisps, No Popcorn..... wow and no Asian beef??offered as a main. Then Qatar has unilaterally changed 2 of the 4 flights so far from Q suites to lesser business class and even ancient business class( no privacy at all.... old SAA business class today)..... wow and they say you can once off change your flight because of this, but from remote destinations, that are not part of your itinerary .... but very very last moment as well or from a destination where you can not prevail more time.... so you just hop on on a flight that is not at all in the same league as what you booked. Bottomline you are most definitely not the world class airline you promote yourselves to be . Kindest Veronique Kritzinger. NS I need to find another companion for my travels
