Qatar South Africa worst airline ever!

Definitely the worst airline service in South Africa and the world!! Returned from Thailand on 18 June 2022, my suitcase got damaged, and I've reported it at OR Tambo at the Qatar information desk. Almost 1 month later, no feedback received. One cannot get hold of them, 2 numbers given to phone them and both are just ringing... cannot leave messages cause mailboxes are full!! Flight and Customer Services was also bad, seats very tight, etc. A mistake made to rate them the best airline, definitely NOT!!
