We had a misfortune of being held up this morning with paperwork issues from Ireland, we spent almost 7 hours from about 5am this morning waiting for paperwork which we were not informed about by the travel agent. To top it all the plane had technical difficulties & was canceled. However throughout all these issues All of the Qatar Staff were Extremely Helpful & Friendly & went out of their way to try help everyway possible. Due to the cancelation of the flight, they Rebooked another flight & put my mother & father in law up for the night at The City Lodge by the airport. I Just want to Take My Hat Off to All Those Staff that were on duty today. Keep Up The Great Work
