Qatar Baggage Claim - very poor service!

Communicating with Qatar Airways since 22/7/2023, @ Bahrain Airport, regarding lost luggage. Now 5 days of back & for communication & still confirming that the luggage is in Bahrain, but not delivered/returned to me/... I used to rate Qatar Airline as good, BUT now serious wavering.
