Qatar are *****sters

My family was meant to travel to Dublin on Friday the 26th July to attend my aunt's 60th birthday celebration. They were all denied clearance to fly by Qatar airline and no reason was provided. The Dublin embassy has confirmed in writing via email that they did not deny the request however the airline insists its not the airline it is the embassy. Today after many visits to the airport and visits by my aunt to the dublin embassy, my family is cleared to fly, however they want all 8 members to rebook their flights and they are not willing to refund them for something that is not their fault.
