Qatar airways UNFAIR BULLIES

15/09/19 bought 2 tickets Cape Town to Athens for May 2020 total duration 16,8 hrs 31/01/20 Qatar changed times for our flight, total duration is now 35 hrs. Arrival is almost 1 day later.( Return flight is also 5 hrs longer.). We planned an island hopping holiday in Greece so we spent a lot of time booking accommodation, car hire and ferries, so arriving later caused a domino affect and we had to cancel ALL. We took the offer to cancel our flight only to find out that we only got 61.5% back of what we paid which is so unfair because it was not our doing. Bullies extreme. So be careful if you book with Qatar. They lured us in with a good price and travelling time and then they changed to suit themselves not offering anything to soften the blow for us.
