Qatar Airways - *****s

I purchased a flight ticket in early 2020 - and the flight was cancelled due to Covid which was understandable.

What is unforgivable is that I still have not received my refund from this immoral company. I have tried countless times to contact them - and they refuse to contact me via telephone to resolve the issue. I feel like they have ****** me of all my dignity.
