Qatar Airways staff rude and unhelpful

My son and his coach were rudely sent home because they did not install an app that apparently was required by the Qatar authorities. An email was sent to them indicating that they could install the app when they landed in Doha. The staff in JHB ignored the email and sent home. They had to book again and pay extra. The app traces your movements in Qatar. This is a country that will host the World cup nbext year. Total *******s. Boycott the world cup and do not fly Qatar Airways
